To submit a new support ticket using the starting page of TLS - Boca Systems support, follow these steps:
1. Access the Support Help Center at https://tlsbocasystems.freshdesk.com/support/home
2. Click "New Support Ticket".
3. Fill in the fields. (Please include any possible additional information such as printer model, serial number in the description field)
4. Click Submit.
The fields, marked with a red asterisk (*), are required and must be filled in. If you leave any of those fields empty, you will not be able to submit your ticket.
Check ticket status:
In order to see the status of your Support Ticket and manage all your requests from a single page, you can log in after creating an account by verifying with the confirmation email.
